Job summary

Nashville Public Radio is seeking a NYC-based Financial Services PR professional with experience in wealth/asset management or ETFs to join a boutique agency with 20+ years in Financial Services PR. You will handle media relations, craft messaging and client stories, and develop close client relationships.

• Proactive in keeping up with market trends.

Looking for NYC Based Financial Services PR Candidates with Wealth & Asset Management and/or ETF'S and Private Market experience for this amazing boutique Financial Services PR agency.

Need candidates with deep media relations experience. In this role, you will be working at an agency that has 20+ years of experience serving Financial Services PR markets and is a global company with a boutique and close knit New York office.

Opportunity is hybrid with 3 days a week in person in their centrally located NYC office.

• Work in Financial Services PR (Many of their clients include ETF's, banks, private equity, wealth and asset managers, etc.)
• Work on media relations, messaging, story crafting, and strategy
• Crafting client stories and well-tailored written pieces
• Develop strong client relationships, working hands on with them and interfacing regularly
• Be part of a small tight nit agency
• Hybrid schedule Tuesday-Thursday every week in office work (Manhattan Based)

Job Requirements:

• Relevant PR agency experience with Financial Services clients (exp. Financial Services PR experience in wealth and asset management or with ETFs)
• Understanding of Financial Services PR
• Understanding of best practices for engaging media/media relations experience (earned media experience especially welcomed)
• Must have excellent writing skills and crafting client stories must be something you enjoy
• Comfortability interfacing with clients
• Genuine and intrinsic interest in financial services
• Keeping up with market trends
• Ability to work well with others
• Willingness to travel 3 days a week to work in Manhattan based office (Tues-Thursday)
