People Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Strategist in New York City for hybrid work. The role blends sales, strategy, and advertising execution, focusing on media planning, campaign deployment, and performance optimization.

You will coordinate with product, creative, and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery, timely reporting, and strong client relationships. A 4-year degree and 1+ year experience in marketing or sales are required.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in marketing, business, or related field required; marketing or business degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of marketing, sales, and/or account management experience; digital advertising experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data interpretation is expected.
• Ability to think strategically and execute tactically with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs and develop media plans aligned with strategic marketing goals.
• Execute and optimize advertising campaigns and coordinate cross-functional teams for implementation.
• Serve as the primary post-sale liaison with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and renewal.
• Collaborate with Ad Operations to traffic, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
• Generate and present campaign performance reports to drive improvements and revenue growth.
• Update contract management system with changes and communicate impacts to the team.
