Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• 1+ years of experience processing in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Process daily department tasks, including asset movement, account transfers, and new account setup and maintenance.
• Handle routine and complex transactions in an accurate, timely and efficient manner.
• Identify, interpret and resolve potential problems proactively.
• Independently follow procedures to meet service level agreements and quality metrics.
• Learn, use and support various financial products, software and systems.
• Comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
