Farm Credit Mid-America is hiring an Account Specialist in Marion, IN. The role delivers loan origination and servicing while providing responsive, solution‑focused customer service and supporting strong portfolio performance.

You will analyze financial information, foster relationships with customers and Financial Officers, and help identify cross‑selling opportunities. A proactive, team‑oriented approach and ability to meet deadlines are essential.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

• Provide timely, thorough customer service across business segments and process financial transactions.
• Build strong customer relationships and support cross-selling opportunities.
