Account Specialist

Location: 751 SW 37th Ave, Ocala, FL 34474

Full-time Shift: Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 5:00pm

Overview

Elevate your career as a Full-time Account Specialist, where you can enhance your sales and customer service skills. You'll support our branch's key accounts by building relationships and matching products and solutions to customer needs. This position is based at our Ocala branch.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales plan within your local territory to meet and surpass sales targets.
  2. Support the daily needs of the branch's key accounts.
  3. Work directly with key accounts to foster relationships.
  4. Grow and maintain an assigned book of business.
  5. Perform additional duties as necessary to ensure branch success.
Required Qualifications
  1. Valid driver's license for the location, with a clean driving record.
  2. Currently pursuing or possessing a degree in Business/Marketing or related industry experience.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  6. Problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making abilities.
  7. Motivated, self-directed, and customer service-oriented.
  8. Ability to learn and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Alignment with core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork.
  11. Physical ability to lift, slide, carry, and lower packages weighing 25-50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
  12. Pass the required drug screening (applicable in US, Puerto Rico, Guam).
