What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding past due accounts
- Adhere to relevant state and federal collection guidelines

- Utilize various tools and knowledge bases to resolve issues efficiently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be able to be licensed by the state of Minnesota as a debt collector
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience in a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- 6+ months of collection-related experience, particularly in first-party collections
- Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Technical troubleshooting skills with experience navigating multiple systems
