Account Service Representative (Indianapolis, Indiana)

Join us at Sonic Healthcare USA as an Account Service Representative (Indianapolis, Indiana).

Position: Account Service Representative (ASR) - Indianapolis, IN

Position Summary: The ASR acts as a liaison between Sunrise Medical Laboratories and physician clients, providing customer care, on-call support, and office staff training. It involves face-to-face communication with clients and lab departments. The role is account-specific and commission-eligible.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing face-to-face services to assigned accounts, including customer service and training
  • Maintaining an efficient service schedule
  • Supporting sales with client account start-ups
  • Setting up test profiles frequently used by clients
  • Conducting office site surveys
  • Organizing and maintaining computer systems
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Following up on problem situations promptly
  • Communicating with departments for problem resolution
  • Processing paperwork for client servicing and account setup
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with clients to foster relationships and address concerns

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred
  • Valid IN driver’s license
  • Previous client service management experience in the medical field (preferred)
