C Spire is seeking an Account Service Representative in Mississippi to drive wireless, home services, and business sales in a retail setting. You’ll act as a trusted consultant for customers, stay current on devices and plans, and deliver outstanding service with integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunities—averaging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
• Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.
• Leverage C Spire’s investment in your future—advance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.
• Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members. Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
