Isaac Stuiso - State Farm Agent seeks an Account Representative to join the agent team. You will be outgoing, customer-focused, and work with the public while State Farm products are marketed through an independent agent.

The role involves establishing relationships, developing leads, scheduling appointments, and marketing insurance and financial products to meet client needs. Compensation includes salary plus commission/bonus, paid time off, and growth opportunities within the agency.

Formación

• Sales experience preferred in outside, inside, retail or telemarketing roles.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Enthusiastic about insurance and financial products for everyday risk management.
• Proactive in problem solving and able to multi-task.
• Ability to relate effectively to customers and build relationships.
• Property and Casualty license must be obtainable.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
• Proactive in problem solving
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, and Business Insurance.
• Our office is located in Dunedin.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• We currently have 7 team members at our agency.
