Role Description

The Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member is a full-time, on-site role based in Fulton, MS. This position involves working directly with customers to understand their needs, provide insurance and financial service options, and support policy changes and inquiries. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer accounts, processing applications, handling billing questions, and following up on leads. The role also includes participating in sales activities, making outbound and inbound calls, and assisting with marketing initiatives to grow the agency’s customer base. Team members may also support training activities for new processes or products and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
