Job summary

DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative to resolve accounts for deceased individuals, working with estates, attorneys, and family representatives. This remote Tennessee position emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and professionalism within a supportive team.

You will generate outbound calls, document accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and ensure compliance with privacy and client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Licensed Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities
