Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through inside sales activities, then transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate next-level sales team for continued engagement and conversion.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers while retaining and expanding the existing customer base.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, email outreach, inbound leads, and other multichannel sales activities.
  • Qualify sales leads by understanding customer requirements, business needs, purchasing objectives, and potential opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and proactively follow up on qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Sell and renew company products and services through telephone, email, digital channels, and other electronic sales methods.
  • Provide customers with knowledgeable guidance on company products, services, systems, and technology solutions.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal sales teams.
  • Collaborate with field sales representatives to support territory, account, and customer growth strategies.
  • Support sales activities including quotation generation, order processing, follow-up delivery, and other back-end sales functions.
  • Monitor customer activity and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and account expansion.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, competitive activity, and the company’s products and services.
  • Utilize CRM and other sales systems to maintain accurate customer information, track activities, manage opportunities, and support sales forecasting.
  • Prepare activity reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and other sales-related reports as requested.
  • Direct customers to appropriate company websites, digital platforms, and other resources for additional product and service information.
  • Represent the company professionally in all customer-facing activities while advocating for customer needs internally.
  • Meet or exceed assigned individual and/or team sales quotas, revenue targets, pipeline goals, and performance objectives.
What You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least one year of experience directly related to the position.
  • Experience in account management, inside sales, business development, customer service, lead generation, sales support, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to prospect for new business, qualify leads, develop sales opportunities, and build customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer engagement, pipeline management, and account growth strategies.
  • Ability to develop a strong working knowledge of products, services, systems, and technology solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to navigate moderately complex customer and business situations.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and other business and sales technology tools.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with individual and/or team sales goals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling technology products, IT solutions, services, or related products and services.
  • Experience working with channel partners, resellers, distributors, or field sales organizations.
  • Experience managing a diverse customer portfolio, territory, industry, or product line.
  • Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, and digital sales platforms.
  • Experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
Why Join the Team?
