Accelerated Claims Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to support claims recovery for healthcare providers. This remote role involves researching, resolving, and securing payment on outstanding medical claims, collaborating with insurance carriers to maximize client recovery.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, independent work in a remote setting, and familiarity with EMR systems and medical billing forms like UB-04 and CMS-1500. On-site orientation is provided for one week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in medical billing, claims processing, or insurance follow-up.
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic, Meditech, Athena, Cerner).
• Familiarity with medical terminology or third-party liability.
• Knowledge of UB-04 and CMS-1500 forms.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers to research and resolve claims.
• Review and process medical claims to ensure accurate billing and reimbursement.
• Enter and update claim information across multiple systems with accuracy.
• Follow up on outstanding claims to maximize recovery for clients.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Apply knowledge of medical billing forms (UB-04, CMS-1500) when applicable.

Location: Remote (1 week onsite for orientation)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Account Representative to support our claims recovery efforts. In this role, you’ll work directly with insurance companies to research, resolve, and secure payment on outstanding medical claims.

• Place outbound calls to insurance carriers to research and resolve claims
