Job summary

HomeTeam Pest Defense, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the United States to reach homeowners in the assigned area, generate sales, and explain product benefits. Training is provided, and the role includes outdoor work, flexible hours, and customer interaction.

You will work with a team that values support, recognition, and a friendly environment, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Physical demands / working environment described (weather conditions).

Responsibilities

• Reach out to homeowners in your assigned area to generate sales, including knocking on doors, sending mail, and making telephone calls.
• Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners.
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services to customers.
• Complete sales documents accurately to ensure Pest Control Techs have all information needed.
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently.
• Enjoy outdoor work and meeting new people while staying organized.

• Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam's products and services with current and potential customers
• Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
• Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
