Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Account Representative to support our Central Processing Unit by delivering accurate Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner, aligned with policy provisions. You will interact with clients and colleagues to ensure prompt, precise responses and maintain orderly account records.

We look for candidates with 2–5 years of insurance experience, a high school diploma, and readiness to obtain an insurance license within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Hold a high school diploma/GED.
• Have at least 2 years of related insurance experience.
• Are currently licensed or are willing to obtain an insurance license within 6 months of hire.
• Have exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Have the ability to construct accurate Proofs and Evidences of Insurance in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Account Representatives provide critical support by issuing Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner according to coverages and policy provisions.
• Facilitate positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Respond quickly to incoming requests from clients and colleagues.
• Check policies/endorsements within client files for accuracy of Proofs of Insurance.
• Maintain accurate and organized account files.

Account Representatives for HUB’s Certificate Processing Unit provide critical support to our customers by providing them accurate and on-demand Proofs of Insurance in a timely manner, ensuring the Proofs are issued in accordance with their insurance coverages and policy provisions.

Qualifications

The expected salary range for this position is $20- $28.84/hr depending on geographical location and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
