Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Keosauqua, IA is seeking an Account Representative to support customers, sales teams and internal groups through the full front-end and order-to-cash process.

You will translate customer requirements into actionable demand, configure products in internal systems, and manage quotes, orders and billing coordination with production and logistics teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business field or in lieu of education, 5 years’ account management experience.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Experience in OEM manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic HVAC/R knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer bid packages and quotes.
• Determine customer product needs and upsell opportunities.
• Configure complex products in internal software for quotations.
• Manage orders through the full sales cycle from quotes to installation.
• Provide price quotations and reconcile pricing discrepancies.
• Liaise with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Planning, and Production to determine feasibility.
• Act as internal point of contact for assigned accounts and coordinate with regional sales managers and dealers.
• Collaborate with all internal departments and provide order status updates to customers.
• Participate in customer visits and contribute to presentations and clarifications.
• Create and maintain customer specification documents for accounts.

This professional will take in all customer requirements and translate that information to organizational demand while delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey.
