  3. Act as the primary contact for understanding technologies, products, customers, campaign goals, and team dynamics.
  4. Manage projects from briefing to delivery, including scope definition, planning, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, updates, quality assurance, and archiving.
  5. Coordinate with internal partners to provide excellent customer service, set workflow expectations, and gather details for resource planning.
  6. Collaborate with external contractors as needed.
What we need to see:
  1. 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably in the high-tech industry.

  3. Strong analytical, digital marketing, and project management skills.
  4. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  5. Familiarity with creative, multimedia, and web development processes and file formats.
  6. Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with all organizational levels.
  7. Team-oriented with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization or independently.
  8. A genuine interest in experimenting with and implementing AI-powered tools to improve workflows, extract insights, and support decision-making.
  9. BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
