The position requires strong typing, organization, and problem-solving abilities. The role will involve in-office work 3+ days a week across Knoxville, Earth City, Minneapolis or Overland Park with a 8am-5pm schedule, Monday

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Duties may include entering new account information; changing information on existing accounts; recording transactions; answering customer inquiries; receiving, classifying, consolidating and summarizing documents and information; completing reports and providing administrative support. Responsibilities may also include customer service duties such as answering customer inquiries, resolving customer problems and responding to customer requests for information. Will be in office 3+ days during the week Knoxville Tennessee , Earth City Missouri, Minneapolis Minnesota or Overland Park Kansas.
