Qualifications

  • Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive information and convey performance expectations
  • Leadership to motivate the team to achieve operational targets across disciplines
  • Advanced organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong analytical mindset and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

  • Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring of new employees
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines
  • Consult with Sr. sales professionals to define complex project requirements and develop action plans for risks
  • Obtain and coordinate resources needed to service projects and build strategic operational plans
  • Manage sales and relationships with large/high-profile clients and identify opportunities for improvements within accounts
  • Review service level performance reports to ensure client service levels are met/exceeded
  • Troubleshoot escalated issues; serve as SME for key systems and processes
  • Direct the client and project team regarding scope, responsibilities, and delivery against contractual obligations
  • Apply broad business knowledge to achieve team and departmental objectives
  • Lead by example in CBRE RISE values; influence others while following policies
  • Identify and solve technical/operational problems of complexity

About The Role

As a CBRE Account Management Sr. Manager, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering all key client commitments. This is part of the Operations Management job function. They are responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.

What You'll Do
  • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees.
  • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
  • Consult with Sr. sales professionals to define complex project requirements. Investigate various approaches to attain end results. Develop action plans for high-potential risks. Ensure the team implements in a timely manner.
  • Obtain and coordinate resources needed to service projects and build strategic operational plans.
  • Responsible for the management of sales, and relationships with large and high-profile clients. Identify latest sales opportunities and improvements within existing accounts.
  • Review service level performance reports to ensure client service levels are met and exceeded.
  • Troubleshoot escalated open issues and tasks, working closely with both Sr. level internal and client cross-functional teams. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for key systems and processes for projects.
  • Direct the client and project team regarding the scope of work and responsibilities. Daily performance and ongoing delivery against contractual obligations
  • Apply a broad knowledge of the business, own discipline, and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
  • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence others to adopt a different point of view while being guided by policies and departmental plans.
  • Identify and solve technical and operational problems of complexity.
  • Understand and recognize the broader impact across the department.
  • Improve and change existing methods, processes, and standards within the job discipline.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
