Job summary

Northern Bottling Company is seeking an Account Merchandiser to deliver and merchandise Pepsi products at local accounts in the Minot area. Starting at $18.50 per hour, the role offers on-the-job training and no prior experience required.

You will stock displays, rotate products for freshness, and provide friendly customer service while supporting sales at assigned accounts. This full-time position includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Weekend flexibility needed.

Physical Demands

This is an active, labor-intensive position. Candidates must be able to perform:

• Repetitive Lifting: Lifting 50 lbs from the floor to waist, chest, or shoulder height throughout the shift.
• Heavy Maneuvering: Pulling product carts with loads weighing up to 220 lbs.
• Consistency: Frequent bending, reaching, and moving for the duration of the day.
