Job summary

Bernick’s is a fifth-generation family-owned provider of beverages, vending and food solutions serving locations in greater MN and western WI. Our Account Representatives cover an individualized route of various accounts and are responsible for supporting customers, managing inventory, placing product orders, and assisting with merchandising.

Hours are full-time (40 hrs/week) with 5:00 AM start times, Monday–Friday, one weekday off, and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have a reliable, insured form of transportation to be used while working (mileage reimbursement at 64 cents per mile)
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds
• Repetitively bend, lift, twist while moving product
• Travel may be required to support Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs
• Team members may handle alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated goods

Job Summary:

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts
• Placing product orders for customer accounts
• Communicate the benefits of our products in order to drive sales

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

• 5:00AM - completion
• Monday-Friday (one weekday off); every other weekend

Requirements

• Have a valid driver’s license; driving record which meets Bernick’s standard
• Have a reliable, insured form of transportation to be used while working (mileage reimbursement at 64 cents per mile, from the first to the last stop)
• Regularly lift and move product weighing 50-100 pounds
• Repetitively bend, lift, twist while moving product about
• Travel may be required as part of this role to support various Bernick’s locations, events, or business needs. A Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted as part of the hiring process and evaluated in relation to the requirements of the role
• Team members in this position may be required to handle, move, and work with a variety of products, including alcoholic beverages, nicotine products, pork products, and other regulated consumer goods.

Base Compensation:

$18-$21/hr
