Job summary

Coherix in Ann Arbor, MI seeks an Account Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with automotive OEMs, first-tier suppliers, and engineering teams in the Ann Arbor area.

You will forecast sales, manage the full sales cycle in CRM, and identify new business opportunities while traveling as needed; collaboration with product and engineering teams will be essential to solving complex customer challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years in account management or capital equipment sales.
• Proven track record of developing long-term relationships with executives and engineers.
• Experience forecasting sales and managing CRM-driven pipelines.
• Willingness to travel as required by client engagements.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with key executives, plant managers, and engineers in Automotive OEMs and Tier suppliers.
• Drive new business development initiatives using 3D machine vision and ML to improve manufacturing processes.
• Accurately forecast sales and manage the end-to-end sales process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex customer problems.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to close opportunities.

Account Manager responsibilities include developing and cultivating long-term relationships with key business executives, plant managers and engineers within Automotive OEM’s, First Tier Suppliers and new business development initiatives using 3D machine vision and machine learning to control the manufacturing process.
