Responsibilities of an Account Manager Trainee:

  • Review and evaluate customer service and sales departments work to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Ensure employees' actions are focused on enhancing customer satisfaction to drive customer loyalty and boost sales margins
  • Establish and report team and individual performance standards
  • Assist in planning, executing, and scheduling meetings
  • Train alongside existing Management team members to acquire techniques and systems necessary to keep the company running efficiently and smoothly
  • Participate in sales, customer service, and management tasks
  • Be an expert brand ambassador for our clients
  • Connect with customers and provide expert knowledge of products, sales promotions, and services offered by our clients
