Join to apply for the Account Manager -TN role at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc.

This is a remote, field-based position. The selected individual will be required to live in or near the designated metropolitan area (Knoxville, Nashville, or Chattanooga).

  • Responsible for overall equipment orders and revenue within an assigned geographic sales territory.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities within current customer install base and new prospects.
  • Develop effective relationships with key individuals and decision makers within customer accounts.
  • Conduct solution evaluations via in-person presentations, demonstrations, and site visit testimonials, in collaboration with customer-facing teams (RBM, Service, Project Management).
  • Close sales orders on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop accurate quarterly sales forecasts that roll up to the Zone Vice President.
  • Maintain regular contact with all customers and advocate for the customer throughout the product/solution lifecycle.
  • Evaluate and call on all customer accounts within the territory, identifying new account opportunities.
  • Partner with Project Management to ensure successful installation of imaging equipment.
  • Update prospective sales opportunities and contacts using CMSU automated sales tools.
  • Complete administrative tasks timely (e.g., Expenses, Training).
  • Develop and implement market penetration strategies to increase sales, leveraging competitive analysis and market research.
  • Ensure CRM tools are regularly updated to reflect territory coverage and customer activity.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, employees, and management.
  • Develop territory coverage plans to ensure all accounts are covered.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience in consultative selling and closing large contracts.
  • Experience with long sales cycles.
  • Experience working with sales quotas and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of diagnostic imaging products and systems.
  • 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years' sales experience in the medical imaging or related field.
