Responsibilities
- Provide clinical demonstrations and instruction for the use of company products in pre-sale, implementation, and post-sale situations in formal educational settings, small-group, or individual presentations within healthcare facilities to increase acceptance of the company’s products and technology.
- Deliver information through formal presentations to physicians and administrative customers, highlighting the clinical and financial benefits of the company’s devices.
- Evaluate new products or device enhancements, providing feedback to the Product Development and Marketing teams.
- Assist in introducing, promoting, and increasing the usage of products across customer facilities.
- Gather and share customer feedback and information.
- Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings, completing all necessary reports.
- Provide product support and education to users in person, through in-service, or via written or verbal communication.
- Continuously update knowledge of market developments and company products to serve as a subject matter expert.
- Develop and share information with internal teams regarding customer acceptance issues during pre-sale and evaluation phases.
Qualifications
- BS degree preferred or 6 years of successful sales experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant medical device experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Maintain all certifications and vendor credentials.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective educational and presentation skills across various settings.
- Strong critical thinking skills for solving complex clinical problems.
- Proficient in English with strong written, verbal, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to follow through.
- Desire to participate in healthcare team efforts and anticipate patient care needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of developing presentation materials.
- Strong sales and business acumen.
- Clinical expertise and case management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in endovascular or OR settings preferred.
- Clinical acumen is advantageous.
Inari Medical offers competitive health and wealth benefits. The base pay range is $125,000, with factors such as location, skills, and experience considered. Actual compensation may vary.
