We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager & Strategist to join our team. This is not just a project management role — you will become a trusted partner to our clients, helping to guide their marketing strategies, campaign planning, and execution. You’ll work closely with senior team members and internal specialists to manage accounts, interpret marketing data, and ensure our clients achieve their goals.

Position Summary

As a Marketing Account Manager & Strategist, you’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, leading day-to-day communications, and helping build marketing strategies that drive results. You will not simply take client orders—you will be expected to understand their business, proactively recommend solutions, and work collaboratively with our internal teams and freelancers to execute marketing plans.

We are looking for someone who is highly organized, extremely thorough, an excellent communicator, and eager to learn and grow. You do not need deep healthcare experience — we will train you. What matters most is your mindset: attention to detail, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and a commitment to continual learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications.
  • Translate client feedback and business objectives into actionable creative briefs and project scopes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and partner agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and meet high-quality standards.
  • Support the strategic planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and content marketing.
  • Analyze and interpret marketing data, helping to build performance reports and offer strategic insights.
  • Help lead client meetings, presentations, and status updates with clarity and confidence.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and workflows using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp).
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance or add value.
  • Continuously learn and deepen your understanding of healthcare marketing, digital advertising, and client management best practices.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, account management, project management, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals (digital marketing knowledge is a plus).
  • Experience managing client communications or internal stakeholders preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms (ClickUp experience is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • Healthcare marketing experience is a bonus, but not required — we will train the right candidate.
