ROLE DESCRIPTION

This position is vital to our daily business operations. You are someone who will help us maintain and grow the agency through meaningful conversations with our customers and prospects. You have the opportunity and autonomy to provide insurance products that will help our customers protect what matters the most to them. It may evolve to some work-at-home time, but it is primarily an office position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Know and understand the insurance products we sell so you can accurately represent and sell them.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience interacting with all kinds of customers is preferred
  • Experience managing client relationships
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
COMPENSATION

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
