Terry Schade - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager Team Member to support daily operations and customer success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, you will use your knowledge of insurance products to recommend and sell policies to both cold and warm leads, conduct policy reviews, and resolve complex customer issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
