Role Description:

As an Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a vital role in daily operations and customer success. Your responsibilities include building meaningful customer relationships, acting as a liaison between customers and agency departments, and proactively marketing relevant products and services to improve clients' lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Resolve complex customer issues.
  • Recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
  • Assist in establishing and meeting marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to integrity and success daily.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
  • Experience in marketing.
  • Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain).
  • Life & Health License (must be able to obtain).
