The Opportunity: CACI's Ascent Vision Technologies (AVT) team in Belgrade, MT is looking to hire a Senior Sales Account Manager to join their team as part of the Spectrum Superiority Line of Business. AVT manufactures gyro-stabilized gimbal systems for ground, maritime, and aerial applications, specializing in solutions for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and counter-drone operations for the defense and aerospace industry.

Our systems support missions worldwide. As a Sales Engineer, you will drive AVT's growth, particularly in military optics, software, counter-UAS, and ground-based ISR systems. You will leverage your knowledge of AVT & CACI's businesses and the industry to build relationships, grow the brand, and achieve sales and growth targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Focus on AVT initiatives to expand markets, products, and technologies.
  2. Create a unified vision among customers, AVT, and CACI’s broader teams.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
  • 7+ years in industry-related sales, management, or defense contracts within the DoD market.
  • Proven success in developing pipelines, exceeding quotas, and achieving growth.
  • Senior-level understanding of market trends and opportunity management.
  • Ability to understand and translate customer requirements to engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of foreign militaries and partnerships.
  • Ability to brief product portfolios to all levels within DoD and foreign militaries.
  • Willingness to travel on short notice for customer engagements and demonstrations.

Desired:

  • Bozeman, MT location preferred but not required.
  • Global/international experience.
  • Active Security Clearance.
  • Experience in face-to-face customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with optics, photonics, and C-UAS.
  • Knowledge of data analytics market trends.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Pay Range: $86,800 - $191,000, depending on various factors including location, experience, and skills. We offer comprehensive benefits supporting health, wellness, retirement, and education.
