TK Elevator is currently seeking an Account Manager - Service/Repair in New Orleans, LA.

Responsible for securing and maintaining service accounts and repair work, and developing strong relationships with new and existing customers to meet the branch's annual revenue goals.

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Exceeds sales goals and quotas by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
  2. Manages service accounts by visiting Tier 1, 2, and 3 customers within the territory to develop ongoing relationships and understand their needs, including building relationships in BOMA and related groups.
  3. Develops capital plans for customers addressing short- and long-term building needs.
  4. Maintains a strong knowledge of company products through training, studying manuals, and understanding local elevator codes.
  5. Prepares repair job proposals by estimating labor and costs using estimating software, obtaining supplier quotes, and reviewing blueprints and equipment.
  6. Prepares service contract bids, reviewing blueprints and coordinating with operations.
  7. Responds to inquiries regarding quotes and performs follow-up with customers on proposals.
