Job description



The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for net-new business development to Enterprise Industrial Manufacturing Accounts in North America. The Account Manager shall identify and qualify sales opportunities and execute intelligent pursuit plans. Account Manager will position Infor Cloud Suite ERP products in complex Industrial Manufacturing environment.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solutions to meet their business needs.
  • Develop value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
  • Develop and implement customer account strategies and plans and establish documentation while maintaining communication and follow-up procedures for all assigned accounts.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual sales agreements.
  • Mentor/coach account managers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience selling enterprise software systems.
  • Experience establishing and managing executive level customer relationships.
  • Experience managing sales cycles.
  • Experience developing business relationships with team members to drive sales.
  • Experience working in a quota-driven role.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience working with enterprise business processes.
  • ERP software experience.
  • Experience selling into Industrial Mfg industries.
  • Willingness to Travel.

Locations: US Remote Based (Dallas, TX; Alpharetta, GA)
