Overview

As an Account Manager Retail SMB, you will introduce small and medium business customers to the latest high-tech 5G products and services tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities include interacting with customers in retail stores, digitally, and through outbound prospecting. You will demonstrate the value of our solutions by providing end-to-end technology services that energize their businesses. Your goal is to generate new business via prospecting, networking, and managing leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive small business results through retail channels by partnering with and mentoring Sales Representatives.
• Grow customer base by acquiring and retaining SMB accounts.
• Utilize solutions-based selling techniques to address business problems.
• Engage in outbound prospecting and customer visits.
• Service existing customer needs effectively.
• Use sales tools to track, forecast, and manage your pipeline and business.

Qualifications

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, requiring in-store presence at least five days a week, with some work from home. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.
