Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Kentucky is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive account performance through deliveries, pickups, and collections.

This full-time position offers weekly pay, a starting hourly rate in the $15.30–$16.45 range, and opportunities for growth within the RAC store network. Candidates must be at least 18, have a valid license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection standards.
• Deliver storeside, in-home, and phone-based white-glove service; drive sales and new rental agreements.
• Complete routes for deliveries and pickups; ensure showroom and vehicle upkeep.
