A technology company is seeking an Account Manager to support restaurant partners in the Tri-State Area. This remote role requires strategic guidance for partner growth and includes monthly travel. The ideal candidate will manage relationships, collect feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive experience. We drive the adoption and activation of innovative products that help restaurants grow their business through their own channels, including delivery solutions, storefront tools, voice ordering, and more. We are building a new confidential product and need a stellar Account Manager to guide restaurant partners through successful onboarding (post-activation), collect product feedback, and serve as a strategic partner in helping them fully utilize our products to grow their business.
This is a remote role that will require travel 1x per month to the surrounding Tri-State Area (NY, NJ, CT). This role reports to the GTM Lead overseeing the Account Management & Sales function. It is a full-time position (40 hours per week) during a 6-month contract opportunity to start with Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision (50% of premium is covered for contractor) and requires domestic travel once per month to the Northeast region.
