Account Manager - Parking Operations
Salary Range: $20.00-$21.00 Commensurate with Experience
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, Mornings
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey

Ideal Experience
- This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services, as well as overseeing your location team. The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset.
- Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
- Established experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.

As Account Manager, You Will
- Develop and train supervisors and employees.
- Manage work schedules and expenses.
- Maintain client relations and attend meetings.
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues.
- Manage reports and oversee customer satisfaction.
- Develop budgets and monitor financials.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Respond to operational issues, sometimes after hours.
