Account Manager - Orange County / South LA

Long Beach, CA

Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and existing customers to expand the footprint of NurseDx in Southern LA and Orange Counties. This will be done by developing relationships with prospects, clients and internal team members to ensure the successful utility of our mobile laboratory and specimen collection services. This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at NurseDx in South LA/Orange County. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing clients, prospecting for new clients, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within accounts
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience with in healthcare, preferably with Home Health or Physician offices
  • Experience marketing lab services to Providers is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge and familiarity with healthcare providers in the South LA / Orange County area
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned territory
  • Problem solving, action based ownership of personal success and solid communication skills
  • Ability to manage your own schedule and be self motivated
