Position: Account Manager

OSI Laserdiode, a division of OSI Optoelectronics, seeks an Account Manager responsible for developing market requirements for specific products or lines, including strategy, analysis, and pricing. The role involves monitoring business plans, assessing market penetration, product positioning, and competitive activity, as well as establishing pricing strategies and marketing tools. The Account Manager will communicate customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams, lead new product definitions, and develop business plans collaboratively. They will also oversee personnel development to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop company market requirements for specific products or lines, including strategy, analysis, and pricing.
  2. Communicate customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales to improve products.
  3. Establish pricing strategies and create marketing tools for product launches.
  4. Lead new product development and business planning with cross-departmental collaboration.
  5. Manage personnel development for operational efficiency.
  6. Uphold company values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  7. Adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  8. Report quality issues or defects to management for corrective actions.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related sciences, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in a major company or division.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
