Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is hiring for an Account Manager, On Premise, in Milwaukee. This frontline sales role focuses on prospecting and acquiring new customers within the On Premise and Foodservice market segment to grow share and profits.

You will collaborate with local and national account owners to ensure POS execution, asset maintenance, and compliant merchandising while working with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 3–5+ years of specific experience
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within an assigned territory for On Premise and Foodservice market segment
• Grow beverage sales volume and gross profits with local and national account owners and managers
• Ensure account standards, POS execution, asset maintenance, merchandising standards, product rotation, and customer compliance
• Work with cross-functional teams within the company to meet business objectives
• Other duties as assigned

• Salary: starting at $65,000 based on experience

Position Responsibilities:

• The Account Manager, On Premise, is a frontline sales representative role and pursues new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers within an assigned territory for the On Premise and Foodservice market segment
• This role works directly with local and national account business owners and managers to grow their existing beverage sales volume and gross profits
• As an Account Manager, On Premise, you will ensure account and customer standards are met, including proper point-of-sale execution, proper maintenance of company assets, company merchandising standards, product rotation, and customer compliance
• You will work with cross-functional teams within the company as needed to meet business objectives
• Other duties as assigned
  

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver’s license
