Position Summary

Account Managers develop and maintain business through direct sales of medical skincare products to physicians and skincare professionals. They adopt a consultative, educational sales approach, acting as resources by providing education and business-building consultation to their accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. Promote and sell products within a defined geographic area.
  2. Implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
  3. Develop effective sales techniques and marketing strategies to expand demand.
  4. Coordinate physician training, in-services, and events.
  5. Provide technical expertise on products and procedures.
  6. Build strong professional relationships with customers.
  7. Execute marketing strategies effectively.
  8. Maintain excellent communication with team members and healthcare providers.
  9. Participate in sales meetings and business calls.
  10. Demonstrate integrity and professionalism aligned with company standards.
  11. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  12. Plan territory routes based on priorities and budget.
  13. Monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
Requirements
  1. BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  2. At least 3 years of aesthetic sales experience with existing relationships in the territory.
  3. Strong goal-setting, planning, communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Self-reliant with sound business decision-making skills.
  6. Proficiency in Word and Excel.
Physical Requirements
  1. Frequently lift materials up to 50 lbs.
  2. Occasionally stoop, bend, and kneel.
  3. Travel 10-15% of the time.
