ADM Ag Services & Oilseeds in Minneapolis/Mankato, MN seeks an Account Manager to grow producer relationships and secure grain origination. You will own New and existing accounts, manage risk, and collaborate with the commercial and operations teams to drive strategy and growth.
The role emphasizes territory planning, data-informed decisions, and leveraging ADM’s portfolio to benefit producers. A bachelor’s degree is preferred with strong communication and teamwork.

This is a full time, exempt position.
As an Account Manager, you will help ADM develop long-term producer relationships to secure supply chains critical to sustainably feed the world’s growing population. In addition, you will be responsible for farm direct grain origination to ADM assets, strategy and growth of your territory. The Account Manager will have account ownership of 500+ core customers and prospects. Origination efforts for their territory will be done both outside and inside of the office in direct collaboration with the commercial team in Minneapolis and the operations team in Mankato.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$70,400.00 - $131,200.00
The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus
