About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and our technical team—helping businesses thrive through technology. You’ll nurture client relationships, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure every client feels seen, supported, and secure.

Responsibilities
Prepare and present custom proposals
Respond to quote requests and manage the sales cycle
Deliver insightful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Act as the liaison between clients and our IT Services team
Proactively manage and protect client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction
Log all client communications and activities in our CRM system
What We’re Looking For
Prior sales experience preferred—but not required (we’ll train you to succeed!)
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
Outstanding communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience with Microsoft 365, CRM tools, and quoting systems
A collaborative, team-first mindset
Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage in serving our local clients
