Ryan McBride - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and drive customer success in our Mesa, AZ office. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will proactively market relevant insurance products, grow retention, handle policy reviews, and assist customers from cold to warm leads. Strong sales orientation and interpersonal skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
