Job summary

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate effectively in person and over telephone.
• Excellent telephone skills and basic math ability.
• Professional appearance and clear communication with customers.
• Must be able to drive and meet insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and Maintain Customers.
• Basic furniture, appliance, home electronic installation/removal.
• Credit/Customer Relationship Management; payments and data entry in VersiRent.
• Fill out receipt books and make journal entries.
• Inbound/Outbound service calls; deliveries or collections.
• Sales and merchandising; showroom upkeep.
• All other duties as assigned by store management.
