The Account Manager will be responsible for business development and growth with a diverse group of end-users, OEMs, and Integrators in the North American Industrial segment. The role primarily services the United States, with occasional international travel.

Responsibilities:
  • Bring value to customers by identifying opportunities to utilize team and company resources to sell solutions that solve problems and create economic value.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across technical, operational, and economic functions.
  • Visit customer plants and sites regularly to understand production realities, core capabilities, and market segments; identify opportunities to add value and introduce relevant products, services, and solutions.
  • Articulate Intralox's value proposition clearly for each solution and coordinate resources to close sales.
  • Continuously enhance industry knowledge and develop strategies for account growth.
  • Work collaboratively in team-based selling environments, leveraging collective knowledge and skills.
  • Utilize sales tools consistently to maximize productivity.
  • Embrace and excel in self-management to perform responsibilities effectively.
Requirements:
  • B.S. or B.A. from an accredited university preferred.
  • High technical aptitude with a mechanical background.
  • 5+ years of solid sales experience in a B2B environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving skills, ambition, proactivity, passion for sales, and self-motivation.
  • Proven ability to engage with key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Interest and aptitude in technical industrial processes and conveyance issues.
  • Experience selling conveyor systems.
  • Experience with AutoCAD.
