Job summary

MISUMI Americas is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth across strategic Factory Automation accounts. Develop account strategies, engage cross‑functional stakeholders, and act as a consultative partner to optimize product adoption and solve application challenges.

Reporting to the Manager Regional Sales – Central Region, you will build relationships with engineering, purchasing, and leadership, deliver compelling product presentations, and translate customer needs into actionable

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related area preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of industrial sales experience.
  • Experience selling mechanical components in automation/assembly equipment preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling skills engaging multiple levels of a customer organization.
  • High business acumen with translating customer needs into actionable solutions.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute account growth plans.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management capabilities.
  • Results-driven with revenue targets and measurable outcomes.

Impact In This Role

The Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth across strategic accounts within the Factory Automation business. This role develops and executes account strategies, engages cross‑functional stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, and leadership), and acts as a consultative partner to customers to optimize product adoption and solve application challenges. The position also generates actionable customer insights to support new product and service development, contributing to market share expansion and long‑term business growth.

You will report to the Manager Regional Sales – Central Region.

What You’ll Be Doing

Salary Range

OTE up to $135,000 plus car allowance.
