Job summary

OneDigital in Los Angeles is seeking an Account Associate to support marketing and servicing clients within the account team. You will help oversee renewals, work with underwriting and account executives, and build strong relationships with clients.

The role requires 3-5 years of insurance experience, P&C license, and proficiency with MS Office and AMS/Epic. A detail-oriented, organized professional will thrive in a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty License required; basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance coverage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate vendor or agency management systems.
• Proficiency with AMS / Applied / Epic or ability to learn these programs.
• Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
• Ability to manage client needs and multiple tasks.
• Good organization skills; attention to accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executive in marketing and servicing clients within the account team.

• Process invoices for both new and renewal policies.
• Update AMS/Applied/Epic and shared drive to reflect changes during the coverage term.
• Complete surplus lines filings.
• Complete preliminary policy checks and submit change requests to underwriter.
• Renew binder extensions.
• Follow up on open activities.
• Obtain premium finance quotes.
• Obtain flood zone determinations and NFIP quotes where applicable.
• Complete proposals for clients or collaborate with Account Executives on client proposals.
• All other duties and projects as assigned.

Work Experience

The typical base pay range for this role is: $80,000 - $100,000

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
