Job summary

Ande is seeking an Account Manager to join the Supply team in New York, focused on post-live revenue, adoption, retention, and growth across an assigned book of accounts. You will monitor health signals, run strategic reviews, and build trust that turns live accounts into expanding partnerships.

You will work at the intersection of revenue and relationships, collaborating with Sales, Product, and leadership.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing revenue role.
  • Bias toward proactive outreach over reactive firefighting; you're already thinking about the next touchpoint before the last one ends.
  • Cross-functional fluency; you know how to work with Sales, Product, and leadership without dropping the relationship thread.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, MixMax, Claude, G‑Suite, etc., and a general comfort picking up new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Own the post-live revenue relationship: manage adoption, retention, and growth across an assigned book of accounts, with accountability for product usage, Net Revenue Retention, churn, and expansion
  • Execute a segmented coverage model, calibrating your time and depth of engagement to revenue impact across your book
  • Run proactive lifecycle management: show up before operators know they need you, at the right moments in the account lifecycle, with the right context, before friction has a chance to settle in
  • Monitor and interpret product signals: track leading indicators across usage, adoption, and revenue to identify at‑risk patterns before they become churn events
  • Translate what you see in the data into a clear narrative, for the operator and for your internal team
  • Drive expansion in partnership with Sales: surface upsell and expansion signals early, before the operator asks and before the AE has to chase, and bring the context that makes the handoff worth acting on
  • Build champions who understand the value Ande is delivering and are willing to say so

Job description

About Ande

We're a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that connects Enterprises and Hospitality across the entire booking experience, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital, and led by a serial entrepreneur with offices in NYC and SF. We help companies turn every dinner, event, and offsite into something effortless to plan and a breeze to manage, plugging right into the tools they already use.

About the Role

We‘re looking for an Account Manager to join the Supply team to support client success after they go live. That means retention, growth, and the kind of relationship that makes operators choose Ande for every new location and every new initiative. You'll sit at the intersection of revenue and relationship, monitoring health signals, running strategic reviews, and building the trust that converts a live account into a long-term, expanding partner. You are the operator's advocate, their data interpreter, and the first person to know when something is off, or when there's an opportunity worth chasing.

What You'll Do
  • Own the post-live revenue relationship: manage adoption, retention, and growth across an assigned book of accounts, with accountability for product usage, Net Revenue Retention, churn, and expansion
  • Drive expansion in partnership with Sales: surface upsell and expansion signals early, before the operator asks and before the AE has to chase, and bring the context that makes the handoff worth acting on
  • Build champions who understand the value Ande is delivering and are willing to say so
What We're Looking For
  • 3-6 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing revenue role
  • Someone who wants to work in an AI-first environment, who actively looks for ways to use it to do better work, move faster, and show up sharper for their accounts
  • Experience managing a tiered book of business with multiple account types, coverage models, and competing priorities at once
  • Comfort with data; you know how to pull signals from a dashboard, translate them into a coherent narrative, and take action proactively
  • A genuine bias toward proactive outreach over reactive firefighting; you're already thinking about the next touchpoint before the last one ends
  • Cross-functional fluency; you know how to work with Sales, Product, and leadership without dropping the ball or losing the relationship thread
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, MixMax, Claude, G‑Suite, etc., and a general comfort picking up new tools quickly
Bonus Points
  • You've worked in hospitality, restaurant tech, or payments; you understand the operational rhythms of a venue and what actually moves operator behavior
  • You have a track record of executing in ambiguous environments
  • You've worked in a high-growth or early‑stage company and know what it feels like when the process is still being written and your job is to help write it
  • You've gone beyond managing to KPIs; you've helped define what good looks like, built the scorecards, and held yourself accountable to them
  • You've used AI tooling in your actual workflow, not as a novelty but as a genuine lever for doing your job better
Why This Role Matters

Every venue that goes live with Ande is a relationship that needs to be earned. You'll own that relationship: the retention, the growth, and the trust that makes operators choose us for the next location and the next product. You'll have real ownership over a book of business, direct access to leadership, and the opportunity to help build the CS motion as we scale.
