Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Derry, NH is seeking an Account Manager to manage rental accounts, deliver excellent customer service, and drive sales growth. The role includes deliveries, pickups, and early-stage collections with a strong emphasis on maintaining account health.

The position requires a high school diploma, 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time role based on-site at our Derry location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
• Maintain account health and secure payment commitments using account management tools.
• Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups.
• Deliver white-glove customer service in-store, over the phone, and in customers’ homes.
• Contribute to sales growth and generate new rental agreements.
• Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise.
• Maintain showroom standards and company vehicles.
• Adhere to all company safety and operational guidelines.
