Job summary

ZF LIFETEC in Washington, MI seeks an Account Manager for Ford to support existing business and develop new opportunities in the Americas. The role requires commercial acumen, working with highly technical products, and coordinating across internal teams to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define RFQ requirements and project goals for Ford customers
  • Coordinate, involve, and drive internal stakeholders
  • Balance technical, economic, and quality requirements; create best technical and economic conditions
  • Prepare offers and be co-partner in offer process
  • Assist with cost tracking and change management; ensure on-time deliveries
  • Communicate with KAM/BAM teams and customers to resolve discrepancies
  • Travel domestically/internationally as needed
